Haul Blog Part 1 -Beauty

I recently became obessed with the Youtube beauty Gurus (I know, I know it took me foooorever!) I especially love when the do 'Hual' videos. My recent discovery combined with my big weekend of shopping inspired me to do a bloggy version. I'm going to break it up in 2 sections 1-Beuaty and 2-Fashion. (Both parts are going to be long and picture heavy).

*Disclaimer- I'm in no way being paid or endorsed by any of the companies I mention in either part of this Haul Blog. I did not receive any of the product for free in exchange for a review or mention on my blog (I can show you my bank statement as proof lol). This is NOT about bragging. It's just about sharing ideas and inspiration.*

This past weekend I decided that I had enough of bouncing around with foundations (drug store and higher end) only to have my skin break out again. So, I went back to the only foundation that has ever made my skin happy, Clinique. I have really fair, sensitive skin and seriously I've tried all kinds of foundations (even Bare Minerals) but all have them made me break out. But for me Clinique is the way to go. Since it had been forever (like since high school) since I'd used Clinique I needed to restock on everything...

This is their 3-step skin care system. I'm a 2, but if you're thinking about getting this you HAVE to go to the Clinique counter and have them tell you your number because it's varies from person to person and there's a lot of combinations.

I LOVE this stuff!!! It's amazing! It makes my skin feel soo nice!

This is their Perfectly Real foundation. I'm a shade 1. I've ALWAYS had a hard time finding a foundation that matches my skin tone since I'm sooo pale but this matches perfectly. It also has nice coverage (I like full coverage).

I LOOOOOVE loose powder and this is the best one I've ever used! It has enough coverage to be used alone if you're just running out really quick. The only thing is DO NOT use the brush that comes with this use a Kabuki brush it works sooo much better.

Urban Decay Primer Potion. This stuff really is magic! I used it today and my $3 Wet and Wild eyeshadow stayed all ALL day and didn't crease! I don't know what I did without this adorable little bottle in my life.

Laura Mercier concealer. I've always had a big problem with under eye bags (cause I never sleep). This stuff it aaaammazzing it makes them disappear! I use a 1 and its a great color match for me.

Finally....

Nars blush in Orgasm. I have to tell y'all a little story first. I LOVED the show Popular and ever since I saw miss Mary Cherry use Nars on the show I've always, always, always wanted Nars. Unfortch I lived in a small little town and the closet place to buy Nars was 3 hours away. But I now that I live muuuuch closer to 'real' malls I can finally live my dream (lol). Ok back to the review. I was never a big blush fan until I finally gave into the hype and bought this. I think this blush looks good on all coloring its just awesome! It gives you just enough coloring to have that 'glow.'

Please remember you don't HAVE to buy higher end makeup. I use a mix. For my foundation, powder, concealer, blush, yes I do use high end; but my eyeshadow, lip gloss, mascara, and eyeliner are all drugstore brands. Just like with clothes I think mixing high and low is the best policy!
