DYI Over the Knee Spats
I'm sooooooooo excited to do this!!!!!! I think I still have a pair of old leather pants in the toy room, that I could use. If not though it's a good excuse to go thrifting = ) I'll post pics when I'm done to let you all know how it turns out!

...I've got my Ruby Red Slippers on and I'm ready to start walking down the Yellow Brick Road.
I've recently, decided to (finally) hand over the reigns of my life to God. I HATE not being in control but I admit he does know better then I do, and he's never lead anyone wrong before.
What was my reward for this incredibly hard task you ask; well, not only was a weight lifted from me but I also had "A Ha moments" (Don't you just love those) they were:
-I now know that being a curator/program director at a museum will blend all of my passions in life. And therefore be a career I would enjoy.
-I need to just stay around here just until I'm done with Grad school. This way I can get more experience and have more time to figure out where I really want to live. All with the 'safety net' of being by my friends and family.
Right now, I'm applying to both School 1 and School 2 for History. **Fingers Crossed** it works out.
Speaking of working out. God has also been bring one of my fav quotes from one of my fav movies to my mind a lot "It will all work out alright in the end....I don't know it's a mystery"- Shakespeare in Love. This is how I've been feeling about this whole stich. I know it will work out in the end it's the 'how' that's the mystery and the fun part!
Now that I'm on God's Yellow Brick Road, let's hope that me and my Ruby Red Slippers don't go off course and end up being pelted by apples!!!!

While catching up on my reading (aka reading the blogs I go to Daily, some like newspapers, I read blogs -l0l-). Anyways on Cakewrecks (if you don't already go there go IMMEDIATELY after reading this its hilarious!!!) they had a post awhile back about awesome Star Wars cakes and the one had the cutest ewok cupcakes that I'm soooooo making tonight!!!! 
Aren't they presh!!! I love ewoks, not only are they cute but they can totally kick some ass too!

So I'm officially done with college and now I'm left with the question "what next".....with all the crazy thoughts/emotions that are running through me I can't help but think "thank god for my bestest" it's soooo insanely nice to have someone who's right there with you. Some who truly understands what's going on and will listen! Paris I don't know what I'd do with out you during this time of my life, I'd prolly go crazy that's what I do! -lol-
Last night my bestest told me about this sad but soooo true moving coming out called Post Grad and OMG soooo the story of my life right now! My fav line was when someone asked her what she was doing now and she answers "oh I'm keeping my options open" and the other girl goes "Oh, so you're unemployed" I laugh then sighed -lol- I can't wait to go see it with her. We're hoping that the happy ending the main character has (cause you know it will all turn out alright in the end) will give us hope!!!
Trying to figure out where to go to grad school are honestly harder then figuring out where I wanted to go to college was! I think I finally have a plan though, I'm going to apply to start the History program at School 1 -that way I'll have a "safety net" while I figure out my definite plans.
Job.....yeah I don't know unfortch the places I would LOVE to work either aren't hiring or they want somone with 8-10 years of teaching experiance!! REALLY! cause I'm sure I could totally handle working with the kids programs at a museum right now, no actual 'teaching experience.' I was thinking about applying anyway and hoping they're desperate enough to give me an interview. Cause I'm awesome at selling myself I just need a way to get into the interview! (I just made myself sound like a hooker -lol-)
So yeah I'm going to go put more stuff on Amazon and Ebay, HEY I have to do something until I get a job or someone decides to pay me and Paris for writting our awesome blog!
